i have no injuries or illness preventing me from taking part in the AIS Athletics Track & Field League 2024-2025.

I give you permission to photograph and video me during the athletics competition. I understand that the photographs & videos taken are for promotional purposes, and will may be used online. Due to the nature of the competition it will be difficult for us to stop photographs being taken.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure i turn up on time to an event. If I miss an event I will not be given the opportunity to run at a later time. It is therefore imperative I read the timetable and report to my event at the correct time.

I confirm that I have looked at timetable and understand when my events will be.
