Making the above Elite Squads is a huge achievement for any young athlete. A massive congratulations on this. As always, the decision to select the squad is a difficult one, however as the squads are performance-driven; data collected over the years ensures that a fair decision is made with squad selection.

As always, being on the squad does not guarantee a young athlete will remain there, as strict criteria must be maintained throughout the year to ensure we are able to give the squad its continued ''elite status''.
