My child has no injuries or illness preventing them from taking part in the camp.

I give you permission to photograph and video my child during the Athletics Camp. I understand that the photographs & videos taken are for promotional purposes, and will may be used online. Due to the nature of the competition it will be diffcult for us to stop photographs being taken

I understand that it is the parents responsibility to ensure a child turns up on time for the camp. If a child misses a day of camp they will only have up to the end of camp to redeem the day. there will be no refund or transfer of camp days available once the camp has finsihed.

I understand that there is no refund policy in place at the AIS Athletics Camp.
