Why Choose AIS?
Our name says what we stand for.
Ambition to push further than last week. Inspiration from coaches who have been there, Sportsmanship, because how you compete matters as much as where you finish.
That is the environment we build every session. Young athletes learn to move properly — run, jump and throw — in a space that is safe, high-energy and genuinely fun. They build confidence. They make friends. And they get better, week after week, with coaching that knows what it is doing.
Sessions are led by coaches with international medal-winning backgrounds, bringing real experience, discipline and belief to the track.
Some athletes go on to compete seriously. All of them leave stronger, more confident and better prepared than when they arrived.
See it for yourself. Book a free trial session with no commitment — just one session on the track.

Junior Event Specialists | Ages 13+
Junior Event Specialists is for athletes ready to focus more closely on specific athletics events.
With coaching across sprints, jumps and throws, athletes begin to understand their strengths, improve technique and train with greater purpose.

Competition Pathways
The AIS Competition Pathway is built for athletes who are ready to take their training further. It gives young athletes the structure, coaching and environment they need to move from learning the events to preparing, performing and competing with purpose.
At this level, athletes are coached to understand more than just technique. They learn discipline, consistency, focus and sportsmanship, because competing well is about how you prepare, how you carry yourself and how you respond under pressure.
AIS is proud to support athletes who progress from the track in Dubai to competitions and international meets, giving them the guidance, confidence and standards needed to represent themselves at a higher level.
Some athletes will chase podiums. Some will chase personal bests. Every athlete in the Competition Pathway is pushed to train with purpose, compete with pride and keep building week after week.
