About the Programme
This athletics camp is perfect for young athletes eager to experience a fun and dynamic introduction to track and field. Athletes will explore a wide range of events including sprints, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put, and more, rotating through different disciplines each week to build a strong all-round foundation.
The Run, Jump & Throw programme is designed to develop athleticism, coordination, and confidence, while keeping sessions varied, engaging, and enjoyable. By the end of the camp, athletes will be well-prepared to continue as multi-event athletes or begin to specialise in their favourite discipline.

Whether you compete in football, rugby, netball, athletics, basketball, or any other sport, this camp builds the fitness foundation needed to perform at your best.
