My child has no injuries or illness preventing them from taking part in the AIS Athletics Track & Field League 2024-2025.

I give you permission to photograph and video my child during the athletics competition. I understadn that the photographs & videos taken are for promotional purposes, and will may be used online. Due to the nature of the competition it will be difficult for us to stop photographs being taken.

I understand that it is the parents responsibility to ensure a child turns up on time to an event. If a child misses an event they will not be given the opportunity to run at a later time. It is therefore imperative parents read the timetable and report to their event at the correct time.

I confirm that I have looked at timetable and understand when my child's events will be.

I understand that there is no refund policy in place at the AIS Athletics Track & Field League 2024-2025.
